Re: tuning on ebay?
You are right about one thing, tuning something without an Intercooler is different. I can pull alot more horsepower out of a vehicle with an intercooler than one that doesn't. That theory goes the same for the SyTy having two more cylinders. But I don't think I will be back to this site. I don't have to sit on here all day and explain myself. I have a business to run and I am a busy man. I can tune anything that you put in front of my face. You say that the SyTy is alot different than any other engine, but have you not noticed that it has an engine block, heads, intake, turbo, etc. etc......sounds like the same old sh*t to me. Sounds just like a classic GM engine to me. Just because it has a turbo and intercooler doesn't make it any different. I have tuned many many ECM's that had much more custom setups than the SyTy. I don't have to sit no here and explain that I can tune, I have already proven it and I make a good living doing it. How can you sit at your desk typing to me about how difficult it would be to tune a stock engine? Boy, do you know what kind of setups I am used to tuning. The stock SyTy is nothing to tune. It may be difficult for the newbie who thinks he knows everything. Obviously, the only people complaining about my tuning are people who have not done their research. Research also involves testing the product. If one of you members wants to go out to the local junkyard and find a chip that matches your stock chip, and send it to me, then I will tune it for free so you can still keep your stock chip as a backup to make you feel better. But you have to make me one promise, you have to get back onto this Forum and post the results. Any takers?
