Tune changes at next start up

I just spent about 2 hours doing some normal driving tuning and the WB was lookin real good everytime I made a change. Got the A/FR's real close to where I was wanting them at XXXXRPM's etc.. Funny thing is, I unplug the Ostrich, shut the truck down and it wont start back up. I plug it back in, re-load the BIN, and it fires right up only now my tune is all jacked up. Super rich everywhere. This is not the first time this has happened to me. So far my method has been by altering the graphs cause I find more understandable than the #'s. It always says UPLOAD SUCCESS right after moving the points in any given graph. Am I doing somethihgn wrong here?

Does it verify good?
Three tabs over is the check emulator RAM against current bin in TunerPro.

Yeah, thats why I am so confused. Is it normal to not start unless you reload the BIN? I usually only verify contents when Im done for what ever period I am working on it. Think I should do it everytime?

I have an autoprom, which may be different but whenever I make changes on the fly I always save the bin when I am done. This recalculates the checksum. Then when I shut the truck down I either verify the contents of Tunerpro vs the autoprom, or just load the Tunerpro bin and then verify it. Make sure you have the box checked to disable checksums. Its under the little hand holding a paper icon somewhere. Doing so *should* eliminate having checksum problems, but I always reload anyway.

Re: Tune changes at next start up(UPDATE)

So Ive come to realize thats the tune is not changing. It seems to be going in and out of another mode or something. Itll run just like I set it up and then all of a sudden start cramming fuel in there. I have no idea what would cause htis. I tried to fire up DM while it was doing to catch it and see if it wa going into open loop but by the time I got it open it went back to normal. It will also change out of nowhere sometimes and make my idle really lean to where it tries to shut me down. Then it will be fine. The only DTC Im getting is a rich code.

Find a way to make sure the Ostrich is staying connected on the ECM board
Use tape if you have to.
