Anyone on here sell a Tubular Cross member to accompany a Th400 swap???

Im bout to start modifying the stock member, and i figured I would ask if anyone has a Tubular that they make for a 92 Ty w/ a Th400 before I start welding???

Also, where do I find the A-pillar to hold 3 gauges??What 3 gauges are you guys running...Im going Boost/Vacc, Tranny temp and im undecided on the 3rd..........

I think I saw a cross member from RPM, maybe George Blake has tons of knowledge when it comes to transmission swaps. I run a fuel pressure gauge, along with boost and tranny temp. The tri-pod can be purchased from http://www.gaugepods.com

If you dont have a WBo2, Ild get the gauge style unit. Thats how Im doing mine. Right now I have Trans, Oil, and AFR which is a joke, its the biggest ppiece of shit Ive ever owned. BTW, did you get that AC delete on yet?

See, I dont wanna waist my time with a A/F gauge without getting a WideBand o2...I was leaning towards maybe just a oil pressure gauge....

I started tearing apart my old AC crap, but Im holding off a few days untill it warms up alittle, im scared im guna bust the head of some of those bolts....Its guna look good when it done though, good job with thinking up that set-up...Now with all that open space, im redoing my intercooler to the front mount setup and getting rid of that road scrapping/snow plow setup on it now.

As far as other S-10 sites, Im searching on a few and it seems most are dealing with just regular rear wheel drive setups, most of the guys that know SyTy's are on here, thats why im surprised im not getting any input on the matter..........

I wasnt saying you should get a AFR gauge. Im saying get the WBo2 that comes with the gauge. That way, you dont need to datalog when you want to know what its doing. The WBo2 Im ordering is the stand alone gauge kit. You get the sensor, gauge, controller and wiring and bung all in one kit. Its like $400 but I think well worth it. I was looking to avoid opening up the laptop everytime I want to know how the truck is running.

You can pick up the Autometer gauge pods from Mccoy http://www.tobefast.com/detail.aspx?ID=784 and the lotek ones from http://www.gaugepods.com

I personally don't really like too many gauges so I only have a two gauge pilliar with fuel pressure and boost. I also have a innovative lm1 wideband that i can unplug and hide when I don't need it. Personally though if I was doing a three gauge setup i'd pickup one of the wideband gauge deals.. something like a xd-16 from innovative or the eboost2 which also is a boost controller

You have a link for that, sounds like a nice set-up.......

advanced adapters makes a crossmember for the v8 swap with a 400. the stock one works in a v8 swap for 350/700 so i assume the 400 crossmember will work in a sy/ty...

Not to jack the thread but you already have what you desire . The Lm-1 has a matching analog afr gauge as an option . I have my lm-1 box out of the way and that gauge in my 3-pillar pod .
