Saw a very nice clean tt300 today. We playted a little bit from a roll and he was gettin off before me but I was reeling him in. So we catch a light and I asked him if he wanted to go for it. He said hell yeah and told me held catch up pretty quick cause he was modded. I really thought he was going to. I pulled about 4-5 cars on him out of the hole. The rest of the way I just kept pulling away. He couldent belive it when I saw him at the next light.

I know of at least 1, but his truck wasn't running 100%, and the other guy was in a SR20 swapped 240. He left the line like he was AWD :shocked!:

I do lose races and I do post them. I guess since I post in the KILL section so mcuh everyone automaticlly assumes I think I win em all. Im very honest about what happens in these races. However I will saythis, I dont lose much. Im a damn legend in these here parts!!!! HEHE.

Wasnt at a 100% is an understatement. I was only at 13-14 psi due to spark blowout and even then I was having a hard time with that. Hadnt done any tuning yet at the time and only had the truck running for about a month. I havent seen that guy around since then but hopefully I will so I can get a chance to redeem myself from that embarassing fiasco. I forgot about the Mustang Mafia. They still cruise around here alot. Havent been beat by one of them yet.

On Datamaster I run 13.2 which is usually behind a couple tenths for me and that was with a 2.07 60' ( I was on a wet road where it was just raining). Im going to try to get to the track here in the next couple weeks and try to click off some 12's. BTW, we are at 6000ft elev so take that into consideration.

Re: Tt 300z

On the street an awd auto is a little easier to launch than a 2wd stick. Not taking anything away from you 12sec is a quick truck. Most people have no idea how hard they are going to pulled on the launch then they panic.

Uh, did I say I was running 12's? I know I posted I was heading there but never said I did it. He didnt have any kind of drag radials or what have you so I dont think a track wouldve helped him out AT ALL . TT 300Z's have never been all that impressive to me anyway. I just thought it was a nice kill cause of all the work he had in it. Really good lookin ride. I thought he had more than that but I was wrong. As for 2 wd and tracks, its not of much importance to me because Im the kind of person that when I go to the track I bring everythinig I would normally have with me, stereo system, my interior, 91 octane pump gas Mc donalds bags, gum wrappers. I run on the track what I do on the street and the people who get all beefed up to go to hte track sometimes confue me cause then you have to hear thier stories about "IF" we were at the track!! Well, I guess when I race people at the track I dont say "IF WE WERE ON THE STREET" if I lose to them. I can see why some people perfer the track ofcourse because its safe and legal but I enjoy racing on the street more. So really, I just dont care about what people can do on the track with slicks, wheelie bars, and all that noise. I just like to race.

Ty what your 1/4 time with those mods. Nice kill man.

I havent been to the track this year but on Datamaster, its 13.2@95. I lean out in the top end pretty bad. I recently bought some 40# injectors but am still stuck on stock boost. Til I get my Ultimate re burned, Ill be at 13.7-8. DM seems to be pretty accurate for me but I may try to head down this weekend cause Im dieing to know what Im really running. Also, my truck is far from having even a decent tune. I cant wait to get it there. The goal is to start doing "real" tuning by next spring.

Easy big guy I was agreeing with you and saying that people panic after you start pulling truck lenths on them. I also agree with you about exuses wether it be about the track or roll vs.dig. I was just complimenting you on your win, but is not easier to launch your truck then most other car/trucks. And about the 12's I think your words were "On Datamaster I run 13.2 which is usually behind a couple tenths for me(couple=.2 13.2-.2=13.0 and I would think a dry road =-.1 so ====12's) and that was with a 2.07 60' ( I was on a wet road where it was just raining)." So a couple of tenths as you stated and on a dry road not to mention prepped track, you couldnt possibly yeild 12's. I know you didnt state it but I was just saying with those times on a wet road you should be in the 12's at the track.

By the way nice kill and I am still jealous because I dont own a syty.

I think thats pretty much the only way I win half the races I do. People just give up, very few are persistent. Nice kill!!

 Sorry man, Im used to having to be defensive around here. I cant say Im hittin 12's til I actually do, that is definately an if this if that statement I would have made if I did say I can run 12's. So when are you getting your first truck?
