truck won't start with fuel pressure over 38lbs

just put in my new motor with pt52 setup 50lb chip,inj,.430 cam.problem is i tried to turn the fuel pressure up to 40lb base pressure and it won't even start until i turn it down to 38 or less.does this sound right.in the tuning process now.

um....well I've had problems with the delphi's not liking high FP....same kind of thing your having but it was at a higher pressure.

im running mine at 35lbs right now. but i didnt have any trouble with the truck starting. i have noticed on a short trip at low rpm, when i get out and turn the truck off, and then try to restart it a few minutes later, it acts like its flooded a little, and i have to pat the gass to get her to fire up. other than that, i cant say anything bad about the 50lb stuff.
