Are you 100% throttle at 100mph. The transmission should shift into overdrive at 100mph, but alot of them do not. They run up to 100mph and never shift, unless you let off the throttle. :2cents:

Your hitting the rev limiter if you have the stock chip Many of these truck will not do the 3-4 wot shift if left in OD (i know none of mine have) Try wot in D and shifting OD at about 4500-4600 rpm(98/99mph)

Another thing it might be is your plugs. I know when I bought my truck a few months back it had bad plugs in it and it would pull hard to 95 or so and then sputter like I was on the limiter but I knew I wasn't. When I put a fresh set in it fixed all of my problems. That is something fairly cheap to check if the previous idea does not work.

Along with the plugs, change the fuel filter. Could be going lean on you.
