I dont exactly know how fast Ive had mine because the speedo only reads 120.

I was in a truck that did 130 this weekend on the return trip from Nats.......As recorded on TunerPro anyway (yea, I'm dumb enough to have a laptop open at those speeds )
150 scares me, although knowing Dabney and his driving abilities, I'd say he wasn't scared at all

I hit 156 several years ago. Had an engine going out and wanted to blow it in style. Raised the rev/speed limit and went for a drive. It keeped on pulling and never did blow (till 3 weeks later.) DM showed 156 and it took (what seemed like) forever for the needle to move after letting off.
Scariest thing I've done in the truck. Will NEVER do that again.

i did 115 while following renz.. it was as fast as I want to go in a stock suspension typhoon.

Had the speedo buried for about 10 seconds racing a Mustang that swore he was gonna beat me badly. Had him by half a car the whole way. He claims to have destroyed his 3rd gear in the process.
Truck felt ok - could've been worse, could've been in a GN - those are scary at speed. Horrible handling.

Top speed can easily be calculated for a syty with 3.42 gears and stock trans gear ratios assuming a stock tire size (around 25.5"):

So, my truck has a theoretical top end of approx. 192+mph in 4th gear since I run it to 6000+ rpm. No, it hasn't been to 6000 rpm in 4th.... but it has been to 5500 RPM in 4th (approx 176mph) . Who says SyTy's don't have any top end speed?

i used to take my first syclone back and fourth to ihop a few days a week after 1am. with a chip and other light bolt ons i could peg the speedo past the 120 mark and the pull another 1800 rpm. im guessing it was about 142mph it felt about the same to my ZR-1 speed wise when im around 140. that syclone would actually handle good at high speeds and feels similar to doing 194mph in my ZR-1. it barely even floated at those speeds but it did have expensive shocks and 1.5 lowering in the rear.

Thats why the :rotf: :rotf: . The computer had a glitch in it and I was taking back to the stealership to get it fix. I was doing about 75mph and then the computer would go nuts and show 200mph. the highest that I taken it so far is 125 in 4th gear. The car is very stable at high speed and has a much better ride than the T/A
