OK, Here's the deal. I know there are a few of you out there doing a LS1 swap in a sy. I have custom made headers, crossover, down pipe, and full exhaust all the way out for sale.
It is mild steel and the headers, crossover, and down pipe are coated with a high temp ceramic coating. Nothing special. Most of it is also wrapped now with header wrap to keep the heat down under the hood. The LS1 exhaust flanges are the thickest ones out there. 1/2" thick. The exhaust is complete V-banded at every joint.
This exhaust is made to bolt up a T6 flange turbo. I have a turbo with less than 50 miles on it that can go along with this exhaust if you want it. Here are some pics and prices with and without turbo.
Exhaust, which includes ( Right and left headers, cross-over, down pipe, and exhaust the rest of the way out) - $ 750
Exhaust as mentioned above and Borg Warner S475 turbo - $ 1200
The exhaust has a provision for a Tial 44mm wastegate. Its for sale in the parts I have listed in another sale thread. If you want it with this exhaust set-up include $200
