throttle body leak

the end of the shaft that holds the blades is leaking horribly on the side that the tps sensor attaches. it makes an awful sqealing noise. is there a seal that is replacable? or should i just turn up the radio? also i have an lt1 throttle body and it appears to be identical except for the cable linkage. do both the top and bottom plates line up?

The amount of play needed to affect the TPS would have to be huge.

I would expect to see extreme numbers on the IAC, since it is trying to compensate for the big vacuum leak.
