There is something either seriously wrong with this truck and someone tried to hide it or it's a "one off". As far as I know SoGT's came with 215/65-15 tires but the PAS sticker in the door says 245/50-16... that's the size for SY's right? Hmmm???? I need to ask about the color codes in the glove box I guess and double check the vin.

Look at the tire sizes and the total vehicle weight.
That's what I'm talking about... that's a TY sticker but the vin is correct for the GT.Jimmy said:

Oh well, I'll let you know what I find out. I don't think the truck is all that bad but it has some rust issues. Doesn't look like too much, but it seems to be pretty deep and not just surface. I am still waiting for a response from the owner.

Hey there! Owner of the Whale. We are the second owner of this truck. No accidents in its history. My husband just plain did not like all the cladding on the truck and removed it. I, on the other hand, do like the cladding but, guys, who always wins? Same with the wheels, hubby has his preference. No biggie, he has kept every bit of that stuff. The truck is really not even for sale, i.e. we weren't out there trying to sell. Come to think of it, I think I'll keep it now. :lol: :rotf: :lol:
