trust me i wish i had the money to afford one their sick, the one i say at the track had computer work, exhaust, and drag radials on small rims it was going low twelves with horrible 60 ft times..... you would definfitly eat your bros cobra from whats being said about the SY i dont think there will alot of cars hanging with it so we can count the srt10 out cause to go fast its even more expensive then building a sy-ty... but good luck and STOP DRIVING THAT DAM GAS GUSSLER AND FINISH THE SYCLONE

Nah, you're truck doesn't appear fast enough yet and you need to work your way up the ladder....you don't start at the top, you know. Mod it some more and get back with me, okay.

Ouch! I guess that's what I get for being an ass...

HEEHEE...you're a champ!! I was trying to get your goad but it didn't work :(. Looks like (in your sig) you have a real fast Syclone and I have pretty much concluded a SRT/10 is good for 3 things and that is increasing OPEC's profit margin on oil, braking and handling. I've ruled out acceleration! Running Jimmy, I was getting 2.8 MPG according to the digital display. It's not slow per say for what it is (Jimmy's Ty isn't a slouch by any stretch of the imagination) but it would probably take another $40-50,000 to make it able to hurl past him in the 1/4.

they are for the right driver

If the strip is prepped, then they can be launched somewhat decent. My one time at Atco (3 runs that day) I managed a 1.89 and 1.87. Certainly not in Sy/Ty league, but not too bad.

On the street they can be tricky. Stock is hard enough, but now with my current bolt-ons, I can break the tires loose at any point in 1st gear.

Regardless, it's a fun truck.:)

Sorry guys, this is a fun thread and all, but I can't comprehend how you are street racing in traffic at 100+ mph with a kid in one of the trucks.

Dad of the year for sure.

Yep,now Andrew is scarred for life. He'll never think anything is as fast as the Typhoon he rode in on that warm Spring night.

Everytime I see him he's got that goofy grin.
