Texas SyTy July Gathering Planning

We are going to meet up the weekend of July 21st/22nd.

I figure that since it has been SOO Long since there has been a Texas SyTy gathering we can use a day of chatter to get back up to speed. Therefore a large parking lot and a restaurant sound like a good idea to me. With some picture locations and maybe launch spots nearby. hehe

I have a good spot out here at Western Center and I35W in Ft Worth unless anyone has any other brilliant ideas. :tup:

The big decision is would you like Saturday the 21st or Sunday the 22nd? or even another day

Thats the weekend of Heatwave...so the 28th-29th is open as well.

Anyone wanna have a gathering? You guys live in Texas, dont be scared of the heat! hehe

I suggest we all go to the Texas Heat Wave on that weekend. I will give anyone with a Syclone, Typhoon, and Sonoma GT free admission all weekend.

Won't know for sure yet. That weekend is right in line with me being back in the States for 2 weeks.....but I might be heading over to California to pick up the Syclone project or waiting on delivery of it. If I make it up to DFW, it might be a spur of the moment thing.

So does that mean free for SyTys to bring in our trucks or free to come look at all the other trucks?
What about guests? Looks like Im gonna have the wife and kids riding with that weekend.

Sounds cool but I wouldn't know for sure untill the date got closer. Going to the heatwave would be really cool as well. I'll keep checking back to see what you guys decide.

well i voted for saturday, but at this point im not sure if id be able to make it at all, really depends on if the bravada is back on the road by then and weather or not im working. Def wont be in the Ty, it wont be running again till i get the 383 built for the bravada.
