I went to the place today. He has a very nice collection of lunch boxes, and small little coin boxes, pencil boxes etc. . I took some pictures. Maybe someone can post them up. Custom made lunch boxes are more expensive then the regular ones. Size seems to be 6-3/4" h x 8" w x 4" deep. Set up is $15. He can do two pictures. One for each side. $45 is the price for the lunch box and labor. For a total of $60.
You must provide the picture. Any picture will do. Even newspaper articles. He takes care of the rest. The only thing is that once the paper is on the tin. The picture will come out in blue and white. It looks really good.

Thanks for the help man, shit for $60 that isnt that bad on a metal lunch box. Only thing is that blue and white.. hmm..

Here are some pictures I took at the store. The ones that he makes come out blue and white. I'm actually thinking of getting one also. Maybe a marlboro sy on the back and a sy in the front.
The picture which has the football and baseball players are all done by him. That's how they would come out. Some what like your avatar. The one that has Ronald Reagan is a pencil box. It will give you a better idea. Much closer look. The rest of the pictures are the ones he stocks. The picture quality is not the best. Camera phone.
He did mention that the only way they will get damaged is if it is left in a steam room. He also gives a satisfaction gauranteed.
Something that would be cool is maybe a picture of you and your son standing next to the sy. It is custom.
I will go again tommorow to take pictures of the lunchbox that he is finishing up. He is the onlyone there and a few people coming in. I will be there before he opens. It will give time to get better snapshots. Who would have thought they made an Iron Maiden lunchbox.
