I just got back into town after being out for a week. I will get started back on them again. I now have 6 new endmills so I have plenty for back up. I dont have the SoGt file, so I can't do that one.

Sorry for the wait. The numbered ones took more time than expected...so I had my hands full with this batch. One of the guys wanted a stainless steel one. I made it out of 410ss and it was a bitch, but it looks nice. I will never make a stainless one again.

No doubt, I bet that you could have cut almost all the aluminumn ones in the time it took you to cut that stainless one with that micro end mill...

Mike,

The actual engraving/cutting with the micro wasnt that bad. The time consuming part was roughing out the profile. I also have some 17/4ph ss laying around that was a "one time thing" and will probably never be used again. That is some seriously tough crap.

Im not sure to tell you the truth. I just dropped them off and told the Goin Postal guy to send them out the cheapest route. He never did tell me. On the receipt, it says "general postage" so I believe its USPS, but I could be wrong. All I know is that the one going overseas is definately not going by truck...heheh.
