If i were to put vortech heads, a 412 cam, and the rpm bolt on stage 3 turbo wiil the stock internals be able to handle that? And what about the tranny how long would it last with that kind of setup?

As posted above, it's all in the tune and maintenance. You can break an anvil if try hard enough but the turbo 4.3's are pretty tough ........ if you don't detonate it like dgoodhue says. There are a lot of SyTy's on here that are driven often if not daily, driven pretty hard on the street and banged on pretty hard at the track. Look up a few of the posts by Tooky, his bottom end is stock (I think) and he has some pretty good top end mods like heads, minor porting PTE 52 (I think) etc. and he races the piss out of that truck, but....... he never goes beyond the safe limits, has FP, WB, ACCURATE boost gauge and logs and watches real close to every run.
