Well i just wanted to post this as a small update.

I emailed the guy that sells the floor mats on ebay and has all the logos, Syclone, Typhoon and Sonoma GT and told him that we could get a pretty large GP going if they were willing to do the dashmats and they wrote back saying thanks for thinking of us, but at this time they dont manufature dash mats, and there licenses for the logos is limited to floor mats only.

So that is a bust.

I will buy a sy one if they get made. I have one from my old sonoma somewhere but I would love to have one that says syclone.

if there was a way to get the program for the embroidery... then im sure you could get a discount on a bulk buy of plain dashmats and just take the mats and the embroidery program to any ol place. A lot of the businesses around here don't give a shit about copywrite infringments especially since we'd be making less than 50 mats... and no one would be selling them for a profit on the net somewhere. there used to be a guy on here a long long time ago, whos wife got an embroidery machine... he put the syclone logo on a jacket for me. 2 tone logo and pretty nice work too! i think his last name was hopewell or something... dunno if anyone here still knows him, and you cant do a search cause most of the threads like that have been deleted as the boards were moved around/updated... so i guess we're shit outta luck till someone finds someone to do the embroidery for us.

What I'm working on will allow for full customization. Got some calls to make after the holidays, but this is actually something I've had on the back-burner for a while. Just needed the motivation I guess. :tup:
