syclone has a phantom

When i use my turn signal it works but after i finish the turn and it clicks back my windshield wipers start only for one cycle, it does it if i go left or right.

extremely common problem with the entire S-Series line, replace the wiper switch/stalk

Defective turn signal/wiper stalk. Mine did it from 2000 til about 2006 until I changed it out. Has not done it since.
