Re: Syclone Guts Swap NEW PICS AUGUST 17th 2008 MOTOR PULLED!!

Hey Guys, I am just about done with the tear down. Almost to the fun part, putting it back together. With the help of my pops, cousin (visiting from Mn.), and Adam (darkhighway) we got the motor pulled and ready for its new owner. Anyways here are the pics, enjoy. Paul Z.

The dirty hood pulled:

good time to do that steering shaft and also the idler arm.

Great progress though I always like the reassembly better than the removal

Yea, Thanks for the shirt Ry

The new powerplant is:

-Stock block, .040 over, half filled with Hard Blok, billet 4 bolt splayed main caps, nitriated/croyed stock crank, Eagle forged rods, custom 9:1 Diamond boost pistons with ceramic coated domes and dry film coated skirts, Total Seal zero gap rings, Comp 422 cam with Comp everything valve train and ARP/stainless bolts everywhere.
-Unported Brodix -8 heads.
-Modified Brodix carb intake to EFI, forward facing sheet metal intake elbow and a TPIS billet 58mm throttle body.
-75# low imp. injectors, wideband, ostrich, and hopefully Nolan tuned.
-RPM stainless headers, downpipe, fuel rails, motor mounts, valve covers, steering shaft, etc..
-PTE 72GTQ turbo with a custom PTE 3.5" thick behind the grill mounted intercooler and a Alky Control meth kit.
-Tial wastegate and bov.
-Griffin radiator with a ramchargers fan set up.
-Rear mount battery with a Davy Z custom battery tray/mount/wiring.
-Geroge Blake Billet 4L80e build with installation kit and 3000 stall Precision multi disc convertor.
-Alot of powder, bead blasted aluminum, and stainless braided line. Oh and a bunch of suspension and brake stuff

Re: Syclone Guts Swap NEW PICS AUGUST 17th 2008 MOTOR PULLED!!

Nice! My truck is now mobile again. I have to get an alignment and take care of a few other odds and ends, but it's drivable. I'll be able to come out to your place with it soon. Give me a call later.
