I live in a condo complex, they have garages, but they are all rented out at the moment
I cannot build anything here, they won't even let you work on your vehicle in the complex (I seen a blurb about it in the lease, but I have seen other people under hood in their cars), all my tools, jack, ramps, and compressor and other car repair stuff is all jammed ceiling high in my little storage unit here
If all goes well here with my job and the $$$, I will probabaly be buying a house when my lease is up in a year.
sidenote:
If anyone wants to buy a nice compressor (Craftsman 30 Gallon 6 hp upright) I'd throw in an impact wrench, ratchet, 25' "indestructible" silicone hose, and paint gun too. I'd take $200 or b/o for all of it. I paid over $299 a couple years ago for just the compressor. I hate to sell it, but room here is an issue. The only thing I miss from Buffalo besides friends and family is having a garage... it is a must for a sy/ty owner
