SY2455 is running again.

SY2455 is up and running again after 8 years. It took 8 years to bring the Syclone back to Ohio and after changing out the fuel pump and flushing the system. With everything prelude I put the key in and turned it. Within 3 seconds the truck started, sounding alittle rough at 1st the truck soon runs smoother. I let her run for about 15 minutes while looking for leaks. Finding none I took a break before moving the bed back into position. Tomorrow I will finish up bolting the bed down and reinstalling the back bumper about 12 bolts in all to finish up the job.

Way to go! It's pretty weird coming back here and realizing how much time has passed since we all used to hang out here... Jeez. My daughter was born and then passed away in that time frame. That being the worst day of my life.

Weirdly, I think the last stuff I posted here under my original name was about having her back in 2012. It would only be 2 short years before her life was tragically cut short. All because her mother decided that texting was more important than actually paying attention to the road while she was driving.
