How much for trans and is it still good or need a rebuild

it needs rebuild. i believe it lost reverse and wouldn't shift. it was only street driven never launched it at the track or anything just stopped working one day so it is probably a common problem, don't know transmissions well. i got a gm reman and if i remember the core charge was 400. would like to get that or somewhere in that ball park if that is what there going for, i don't know. i don't want to undre or over price myself just trying to give a member the chance for an extra trans. i also believe it has the stock converter on it but not 100%. the truck was stock at 80k.
