sy/ty 4.3 and newer 4.3

Im new to all this.I just wanted to know what the differance was between a sy/ty 4.3 long block and a 98-20 4.3's.I know the sy are turbo but can you use a newer 4.3 in a sy/ty if i got lower comppresion pistons.

they are different ! one little let but it means so much

Z block are tys and sy's diff everything i think even the block correct me if im wrong guys

no reason you couldn't use it! The heads have different manifols bolt locations, you mentioned that.
