i like the flames, old school style.. only thing I don't like is how there is a clear tape line on the grille/front of the truck.. it would have been better if they painted the whole grille instead of leaving part of it black.

:stupid: It's on the top and bottom of the grille. You obviously don't see the top unless the hood is open though.

its not on the bottom, you can CLEARLY see the paint line on the grille, its right above the cladding.

OMFG, thats funny as shit. At first I was like WTF, then I saw the gas gauge LOL. I laughed so hard i almost threw up. :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

I know that truck! I have pictures of it from Cummins Truck Fest in '03 I think. Will and I looked it over pretty good and talked to the owner. Did you own it then, or is it new to you recently? I'll have to go back through my pics and dig them up again.

I bought the truck about 2 1/2 years ago as is. The dealer painted the flames and added $2500 to the sticker price. For being dealer painted over all they did a nice job. I m never home to drive it . It just sits in the garage. I have my wife start it and drive it every once in a while...

Ever since I switched the gauges I've had needle problems with the fuel gauge and the gauge works when it wants 2.

I remeber that from truckfest as well. there were alot of custom painted sy/tys there that year. like 3.

Its nice, but that is not my thing.

Flames dont look good on some cars/trucks and ours is surely one of them.. :dunno: To each is own though.
