Today is one year since my motor broke (not counting the 45 minutes that the first rebuild ran back in October). A lot of this time was taken up finding out what the original engine builder was going to do about his faulty work (answer nothing). The machine shop work on my new block, crank and related parts is now finished and the motor is ready to be reassembled. I hope to have the Sy back on the road this month in order to celebrate its "first birthday."
