I look at it this way, I love the truck and I have that much money (if not more) tied up in it. It's been a long road with this thing and alot of time involved in fixing this truck and making it great again. I don't want to give the truck away and I'm in a position to sit on it so if it doesn't sell I'll be ok with that.

As long as you are ok with not selling it. It is a gorgeous truck but you very rarely get anywhere near what you have into a car back out of it... Like I said very nice truck but it is going to be for sale for a long time. GL with the sale!

Beautiful Truck you have . Countless Syclones have been run into the ground or parted out . These trucks are disappearing slowly every day .
Its only a matter of time until the few hundred clean Syty's still alive fetch prices north of their original asking price . Stick to your guns IMO .:tup:

yup out of 3000 how many are left is the real question, after that there could be a few hundred left and the truck be dug into the ground it will be worth even more then.
figure what at least 2500 SY still out there, and then figure what percentage of them have REBUILT/SALVAGE titles i think in the end thats what will matter not the mileage.
a truck with a rebuilt title and only 30k miles to me is worth a bucket of ASS, on the other hand a 130k Mile truck CLEAN TITLE will always be worth more regardless the mileage.
and in the end when the numbers start to really dwindle it will only matter who has a real one.

Thanks for the input guys! Sounds like some of you are offended at the price though. Keep in mind guys, I never said that the price was firm but you have to consider the time, money and effort put in to this truck. The entire drive train has either been rebuilt or replaced with the exception of the rear end which is fine along with fresh paint on the body and cladding and tons of other parts inside and out. I've had this truck for the last seven years and I am pretty attached to it so the decision to let it go is tuff.

The truth is unless you have seen this truck in person no one really knows the condition of it. Yes it might have over a 100K but does that really matter on a truck that has been rebuilt as described? It might help it in someone elses eyes but then it may hurt it because it has been opened up.... it just depends what the buyer is looking for.
Doesnt matter if your starting price might be high to some here but what would it cost you to replace it? Around here there are few to be found. You know your truck and what it took to get there so start with a price you can live with and let the tire kickers come and go. Until then enjoy the nice truck you have. Good Luck!:tup:
