It's a custom harness built by Current Performance. It plugs in where the old harness did on the firewall. It seems the problem I was having was in the crank position sensor plug.

I got the steering shaft installed today. Props to Mike Lee at RPM on another great product. I can now actually crank it and drive it in and out the shop instead of pushing it around.
