looks like the first recorded info was from Texas, but no actual date on that and the truck was already over 40K miles. Then it appears to have gone to North Carolina, followed by Pennsylvania, Steven Saffier is a member of this site. (Steve's ad back in 2007

Then it appears to have gone back to Texas and put on eBay, reaching a max of $10,900 before being pulled.
Not sure whats up with the mileage, but the truck appears to have made its way back to Maryland in 2008 and listed as 102,000 miles according to Jason Pickett, who is also a member here.
maybe try and hit him up to a little more info on the mileage? you might have a little rollback issue on your hands. Not to mention your local guy is NOT the 3rd owner, but possibly the 6th if you include the car dealership in 2007.
EDIT:
after searching a few more threads on here, it appears that Jasons information is incorrect and should be listed under the 1542 truck, not 1548. Being that your from the Raleigh area, Im assuming the Richie Kibler is the current owner, the mileage is accurate, he just failed to list a date when putting in the information. Richie should be the 4th owner including the car dealership. Richie is also a member here :
