Ok, I can officially say I own a Sy now since I bought Flaco's recently. I was looking at Slowcone's and decided to hold off due to shipping cost and what I could offer him. Flaco posted there are some mods to the truck but I'm going to keep it as close to stock as possible except for some future forged internals when it's time. My original goal was to drop the LS2 I have in the truck but I do like the 4.3 somewhat. We'll see as time goes buy what I decide since my hobbies are LSX engines. I've met one other sy owner (Marty) in the Houston area but know of at least 6 now from Galveston to Houston and I was told there are a few more down here. The truck needs a little work but for the most part is in great shape. I've got some vibration around 75 mph that I reduced by balancing the wheels and tires but feel what's left could be from the pinion angle since the truck has been lowered. Someone please buy Steve's truck so he can get his business going! :tup:

hey lance whats up !!! it was nice seeing two syclone cruising the streets, and enjoyed being at kemah, at the target shopping center, not to full tonight maybe next time, but maybe got to lil qik, and see his twin turbo syclone, one bad boy. thanks :tup: hey by the way LiL Qik, call me bro, i can't find your number anywhere.

Hey Marty, Thanks for coming out, it was pretty cool but lame tonight huh? We'll head into Houston next time to see what's happening unless Kemah's kickin. Thanks for a reply, I was starting to feel like Will Smith in "I am Legend".........LOL :rotf:

Hi Kevin, it's doing great except for the CV axles keep breaking and I have a slight whine somewhere in the drivetrian. Everything has been rebuilt andupgraded from the front differential to the rear wheel bearings so it has a 700plus HP drivetrain now. The turbo is only good for a little over 500 HP to the wheels but looks stock. LOLI've got parts on the way to get it back in almost perfect shape and then it;s getting a new paint job. I have replacememt door panels and new bezels on the way with some cladding. The new exhaust, 40#injectors and and TD06H-35 woke it up and the silver powder coated top end with red Syclone looks great. There's more to come but money's tight right now. I wish it still had the factory pieces like ABS module and cruise control. We'll hook up one day when I finish tuning and let you see how it feels.

thats cool. I sold the stock stuff after I did the swap to the abs delete but i do not remember taking out the cruise control..........i remember using it. I do have most of the stock bed cover frame though........ give me a shout some time, I would love to see it again! and yes I kick myself regularly for selling it.

hey, you still have the syclone? I bought a fox body stang this past monday and have been pouring money into the gas tank!!!!! lol. anyways would like to meet up and see how the old truck is doing. PM me and I'll get your number, or give you mine.
