I got one at AutoZone. I am currently looking to go for the little one that goes on the roof. Im going to put it center just above the windshield.

you need two pair of pliers and a grinding wheel... pull the ball on the end off, cut to the length you want and reinstall

I used a vice, the end that goes into the fender pops off cut to desied length and reinstall

I have a short flexible rubber one on mine. Reception isn't very good but it sure looks better than that stock lightning rod!
