Strange problem - code 45

This appeared suddenly during one night... My Ty is running very rich. Runs idle ok with some black smoke, but a slight acceleration causes it almost to stop. O2 shows 0,95V instead of something around 0,5V. Code 45. All sensors are replaced. No help. Disconnecting a sensor does not help. ECM is changed. No help. Standard or mod chip, same issue (this is all the way stock engine). Leaks? No. Ignition ok. Fuel pressure ok and stays for more than one hour after cut off (no leaks). Measuring fuel timing from the injectors also show too long open times. I'm really out of ideas.

Replace the O2 sensor, disconnect the batter for 5 minutes or so to reset the codes and try again.

Thanks for your suggestion.

O2 sensor is replaced and all are now tested ok. All possibilities thru the manual for Code 45, and even more, are checked. No help.

Actually the situation is that ECM is ok, as well as everything else too. So it must be something with bad grounding (even also they are already tested) or some other wierd problem.

I think if I got the compauter to read the socked under dash I got what I need. This has happened once before in Spain (I'm in Finland) and GM distr fixed it there. And they have everything needed to do the test.

I just though if this was something "common".

What kind of gas are you using?
And how cold is it outside?
I got lean exhaust, replaced the O2 and the map sensor.
That fixed the problem, but I don't know what fixed the issue probably the o2.

try chaning the MAP.

FOUND!

Behind the distributor close to manifold there are some vacuum tubes connected together. This "joint" was defective and had some minor leak that cound not be found in normal ways. But this small issue caused ECM and a sensor to receive wrong information (not max vacuum on idle).
