Looks good, can't wait to get it on and do some real tuning.
I've got much of the interrior apart on my truck getting the onboard PC installed... NO MORE LAPTOP !!
Anyway, the engine bay comes apart mid-late Nov so the timing on this DP is right on for me. THANKS !!

I think we're all nuts!:rotf: I just read another thread about how much fun it is just to get the old one out!! SonomaGTLover mentions re-tuning, oh joy. With all the other things I have planned for this truck I should be back at the strip by, oh, maybe next July.
Oh ya, pipes look great! I see your mockup has no cab. Does that mean I have to remove the cab the get the thing in?:rotf: Remember you can ship mine last. Won't go in 'till After the first of the year anyway. (Smog due in Dec so want to go in with a fairly stock truck.)

Jeff, I can make that sticker for you if it's a solid color. Give everyone a couple, just let me know what color you want. Gray like the skulls in the other logo? They are on me, how many do you need? I was thinking about 2" tall... sound about right?JS Manufacturing said:

All the mild steel are under way, about 50% of the stainless.
Next step is to weld the flanges onto the tubes, which takes special attention to ensure they stay flat. That should happen Monday.
My and guy from work are doing them, so progress is based on our schedules and my mom has been in from out of town last week or so. Going to do one last test fit of piece on my sy also, just to make sure things are perfect.
All the mild steel are under way, about 50% of the stainless.
Next step is to weld the flanges onto the tubes, which takes special attention to ensure they stay flat. That should happen Monday.
My and guy from work are doing them, so progress is based on our schedules and my mom has been in from out of town last week or so. Going to do one last test fit of piece on my sy also, just to make sure things are perfect.

UPDATE 11/15: My mom spent a week visiting so I didn't get much done. Last night we did weld the flange on the first production pipe. In order to control warpage and ensure the flanges are flat and square took some extra tooling and setup. The first piece came out great, so we are ready to move forward on them later this week.
Should go fairly fast now, sorry for the delays I just want to make sure these are the best quality and exceed everybodies expectation.
Also note, I have gotten a lot of PM's wanting more. I had to close the GP just so I could get the ones I have done and shipped. I do plan to make an extra 1 or 2 and they will be put up for auction on the board with any amount paid over what I need to cover my costs being donated to the nats for next year.
