Nice site. But I only need the drivers and I will modify one of my spare ECM's for free... :p So if anyone have a few spares of these stuff, I'd gladly pay for the actuall cost and shipping...

Falco,

TRY THIS! Its only a test. Turn the fuel pressure way down, to about 35 psi base. Does it idle better. I bet it does. Your fuel tables are way to rich. I know that your WBO2 says it lean. I'll bet at it's so rich that it is fouling the plugs and the extra o2 in the exhaust is making it look lean.

Try the test.

My truck seems to have a similar problem to yours Falco. Does your idle hunt more in park than drive? Mine does.

This is true on my truck. But I don't know what to make of it. I hope you figure yours out maybee it will give some insight as to what is wrong with mine.

Yep, mine is worse in park than in drive too. I guess this is because what BG mentioned in a post a while ago. There is only one table to dial in closed throttle fueling and the truck has to live with that one table both under load (drive) and not under load (park, neutral) conditions. Hence, AFR will differ...

My first priority right now is to solve this problem. I'll update with what ever I can find out. As of now, my vacuum leak theory seems to be wrong. I've replaced the throttle body and the upper-to-lower intake gasket and the truck behaves the same. Also IAC values seems to be good.

I'll try out what troy suggested, drasticaly lower my fuel pressure. If this helped, I'll adjust closed throttle fueling in the chip. It can take some time though, because my fan motor just went south on me. I've to take care this issue first...
