we need to get a final count of who is going and how many each person is bringing.

I'm in for 2 people (myself and D)
D will make a dish as well.

I spoke to jack and he is up for any ideas if anyone has any.. at the moment it looks like we'll do the following:
-meet and "lie to each other about our trucks" (got that quote from jack)
-bbq
-bit of a drive
-car show
-go home

we are tied for two dates. which is the final?

may 7th from 1pm to 5pm then we're thinking about a short cruise and the local car show.If anyone needs to stay over bring a sleeping bag and I can put you up for the night.Dont forget to bring a folding chair.We're trying to find out how many are comming so we know how much food we need.We'll leave here about 5 for a short cruise to the local show.

Jeff, maybe update the first post with people's names who are going and a number next to their name indicating how many people are going. Example, Nick-3 Jeff 2.5

Brandon (aeroking) had a good idea. He provided me with the dish/grub that he is bringing. If everyone else would do the same we can be sure to have a good selection of food on top of what Jack is providing.

Soda's fine.I'll be supplying venison kabobs,chicken,hamburgers,hot dogs and deviled eggs.You guys want any booze,bring your own.We'll set up 2 or 3 canopys and tables,dont forget to bring a folding chair.Next week Eric(big smooch) will post a map to my place and we'll also put a couple signs down on the highway.
