Sonoma GT VINS - CARFAX won't accept- HELP

Anyone had a problem running Sonoma GT VINS on CARFAX? I get this one to work:

1GDCS14W1N0820702

But I tried several others and CARFAX says they are not valid:

Specifically: 1GDCS14W1N0820674

I am just substituting the last 3 digits, so is it possible that Sonoma GTs don't have the same first 14 digits? I can't find any info on any of the sites about GT's VINS.

Has 150K miles and it sounds like some serious rust: hole in one of the cab corners, some big blisters around the wheel wells. Carfax came back with about 4 or 5 owners but it was a clean title, no wrecks.

The wife gave the go ahead to buy it if I want to. I have to drive 2.5 hours to check the thing out though. I guess it is probably worth at least driving down there to check it out.
