That is just a code from a Corvette, its sort of an approximation, I am sure over the years GM probably has run out of 2 digit colors across their whole line. I would guess that all Teals had 25U. That is why their is a 2nd color code WA to be more exact
RPO are sort of generic, sometimes they seem odd but they may have more meaning internally among vehicle lines groups as well.
