SMC alcohol injection kit ????

A friend of mine is selling his SMC alcohol injection kit. They are commonly used on WRX's, Evo/DSMs and Grand Nationals. I can pick it up for next to nothing and wondering if anyone has used this kit before. It comes complete with Controller, tank, pump, etc.

I have the SMC progressive system on my truck for about a year now. So far, no problems. I bought it new and only have to install a capacitor to keep my tach from acting crazy. Don't connect the power wire to the fuse box if you get it.Go directly off the firewall with a switch so you can turn it on/off or the lights on the box will be on all the time. I don't think it draws enough current to kill a battery but I like the peace of mind of knowing that its off.

I think that a good injection kit like what snow performance and other brands would give you can compensate all the needs in this one. In that way, you would be able to really get things work out and you would be able to really make it possible.
