Should I buy??

I found a '93 Ty for sale near my home. A dealer has it and is asking $11,000 firm. The truck has 66K and is immaculate inside and out. It needs frond end work such as tie rod ends, pitman arm, etc. I know its a good deal other than this steering work, is it difficult to do this myself. And how time consuming will it be for me. It also needs brake work and some gaskets replaced, I know I can do these things myself. If I hold out for same condition Ty that needs no work will it be worth the wait? :-?

immaculate you say?
well, since it needs a new front end, go with al dustan's weight saving, better handling, newly designed front end.
also, brakes arent too good. go with al dustan's willwood brake conversion.
total you come out with a TY that is clean in and out with awesome handling and braking for about 15k. not bad at all really.
