Shipping weight of an engine?

does anyone know what the ballpark weight or what they weighed their engine in at for shipping somewhere? im trying to figure out what it weighs but i searched around on here and it didn't get me the answer i was lookin for. i have a complete engine, accessories,brackets,etc. do any of you know what the weight is on somethin like this?

yeah i would but im going out of town tomorrow and will be back on sunday. i have someone interested in my engine but i don't know if it'd be cheaper for them to drive out to pick it up or to have it fedex'd to them. does 300-350lbs sound about right for a complete engine?

meh i dunno i'm thinkin it's gonna be alot more than that but maybe i'm off on my guess.

just out of curiosity is it an all stock motor? i'm trying to get a feel for what a good running stock motor is worth, or atleast what they sell for, for future reference

got the paperwork of the vortec engine i shiped here - was a longblock.
according to the shiper it had 145 kilograms wich converts to 319 pounds including crate.

thanks, as far as the engine, it's a stock bottom end, with vortec heads ported and polished. egr block off,and that's about it.

I personally weighed an engine in a wood crate Mike Lee shipped at 610lbs, but I believe the intercooler and a few accessories were inside.
