Shift Knob loose

Anyone know how to remove the shift knob? Mine seems to wobble around and it irritates the hell out of me. I just want to make it snug again as it should be.

The button pulls straight up out of the shifter. This will expose the snap ring that holds on the shift knob.

So I can pop it out with a small screwdriver or something?

If you have fingernails, you can just grab the edges and pull it out. If not, a toothpick or a small jewelers screwdriver will work.
