is there anybody close to Biloxi that is willing to help a fellow turbo guy get this working correct? I cant afford to screw it up. Im in a bad spot here.

You need to confirm that your are at top dead center. confirm by watching number cylinder valves open and close. Its not hard. You have done the hard part.

Is there anything else special that I should be doing at time of reassembly? Timing degree? Any other specific/ important wires/ resets?

I think the realism of cost and time rebuilding my Buick 2x is setting in. Starting to pack my turbo toys to send them to England with us. Don't wanna send a paperweight. Thanks everyone for helping me. :tup:
