Sent my Ty away...

Up to Sportmachines in Rochester New York to get some much needed TLC. I bought my Ty two months ago with 86,000 miles. First month and a half my truck stayed in the garage due to a bad alternator and a blown brake line. I finally got it together and sent it out to Sportmachines so they could do a full-tune up and then some... dyno tune, chip, boost gauge, fuel pressure gauge and much more.

I didn't want just anyone working on my Ty and I only know how to do the real basic stuff. As soon as I spoke to Sportmachines I knew this is where I wanted to send my truck for a complete overhaul. They are so knowledgeable and true fanatics about SyTy's. I cannot wait to go pick it up. It is going to be a long two weeks!!!! :crazyeye:

And two weeks is a blip of time for a down truck. Ask people around here who have been on jackstands for YEARS.

Yeah it is going to be worth it. I wanted it done right by someone who actually knew what they were doing. These guys have done nothing but make me feel great about the decision to send my truck to them.

It will be a long few weeks, however when you get it back it will all be worth it!

Absolutely.. They are in the final stages right now. I will make sure to post all my impressions on how it drives.

if they had a sports machine hotel attached to the garage where the truck is I would take a vacation and stay with it lol. besides would t mind sniffing around and learn a few things eh. can't wait to see the results and your experience

I contacted Sportmachines about a new long block...I may have them put it in a tune it also..Ill keep you posted

Nice!!! They really take the time to evaluate what you want to accomplish and will point you in the right direction. They know their stuff.

I am scheduled to pick up my Ty tomorrow. I was suppossed to go pick her up this past Wed but that Nor'Easter was no joke. It dropped 20 inches of snow in Boston. Had to reschedule the trip for tomorrow. Probably won't sleep tonight!!!
