Seat covers for TY

Code what?
I'm in search for a pair of quality seat covers to protect my front seats on a 92Ty to and from work. Being a mechanic for a living we occasionally have to get a little dirty. Looking for anyone's advise on ones they have used or ones they like. Envisioning some that fit the entire seat snug, black and possibly water resistant for those rainy days.

I searched the forum and came up empty, my search will continue online. I'll let you guys know what I find.

After a search online, coverking makes a set of black neoprene bucket seat covers for the wrangler TJ. From what I can tell the seat looks very identical in shape to our seats. It looks like a few different seats were offered all about the same shape and a bucket 50/50 split. For around $150 I might be giving these a try here soon. Reviews on quality seem to be good besides fading in the sun.

Re: Seat covers for TY

Neoprene works great but how breathable is it when used for seat covers? I have used many different kinds of glove material to protect my hands while working. Neoprene is one of the best except in hot weather. After a week of use, those gloves start to develop a certain smell. Might not be an apples to apples comparison but if you live in a humid environment that stuff might do something to the leather (mildew for example).
When I do my "mechaniquing", I wear those white painters coveralls. It looks weird but I get zero dust and grime in my cars afterwards, except for shoes.
