Scan Master Malfunction

A few days ago I noticed my SM sort of acting weird. I let it go to see if it would fix itself and nothing. I disconnected the unit and re programed and nothing. Its mainly the screen numbers that are bugging out. You can see in the pics. Should be reading 14.4 -14.8 etc. The number that lit up bright sometime comes on and other times it slowly appears and gets brighter with time. Has this ever happen to anyone?

Same thing just started happening to mine. I also have an issue where the O2 count will stay at 442 after startup. Takes a few tries of unplugging/replugging from the OBD port to get it to work.
