Saudi Syclone vs Syclone

I have a Saudi Syclone on hand and from the collector side is these car worth the same as the normal Syclone?
The car is one not one of the car returned to USA but was shipped to Germany and have km/h tachometer.

Cars done 54.000 miles, repainted 10 years ago. Seller wants 26.000 USD.

Saudi Syclones were very limited I think under 20. It add a little value but no overly. In the end its what someone is willing to pay.
The low Mileage makes it appealing to many. 26k is inline in my opinion. But the repaint does hurt the value some, many collectors want the original paint.

In 1991, roughly 150 Syclones were officially exported by GMC. Out of the 150 trucks, there were an estimated 113 destined for for resale in the Middle East. 31 Saudi Syclones that came back to the US
The remaining 69 trucks were distributed throughout Europe for sale where a small number ended up in a German compound for sometime.

This is one of the 69 trucks, it has Saudi instruments with km/h not miles.
