running rich

my 93 ty is dumping fuel runnin way to rich new cap rotor fuel pump plugs wires u give it gas and coughs a little and black smoke comes out the exhaust and when u r driving it it just bogs down any ideas also there is no cat on it losin my mind

do you have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a fuel pressure gauge? maybe check fuel pressure and make a few adjustments and see if it helps?

Do you have datamaster?
Check the vacuum read. Bad MAP sensor dumps fuel.
O2 sensor

I would say that's one thing i'd check

Chip is loose/broken? Running in backup fuel....
