ok the little white p[lastic tube that the horn lead goes into broke on the ty what the heck is it called and how do I get to it?:rant:

If your talking about the tube the spring lead horn tail goes to, thats a fun one. Pull the steering wheel, get a GM spring compression tool. Remove the locking plate, & its right there. Horn rotation plate thingy.

I got the compression tool @ Shcmucks specialty tool section. $15, I think.

I have the tool is that the technical name "horn rotation spring thingy"

Well seeing as you have all the tech info down....when are you holding the class on how to fix it??? Mine is broken also......how can I rage on the road without my horn working properly??? I gotta keep the poll up about Michigan drivers being the worst ragers in the country.......

simple 4 easy steps

1 roll window down
2 stick arm out window
3 raise midle finger
4 yell " hey hey hey **** youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu"

Just because i did it a few times, and chanced a few people down. How I got that reputation I'll never understand......

use the horn first, then give the middle finger, that works the best.

yes, I agree .... which is why I need to get my horn fixed. the horn is a great tool to get their attention to help guarantee they see the salute when ya give it to them.

It is called the turn signal cancel cam the white one is for tilt column and the green one is for non tilt column. Whoops saw it on the 4x4 thing after

I have fixed dozens of them by renotching the slot with a hacksaw.
They only cost about $6.00, but sometimes time cost more than money.

I got mine from AutoZone as well and I forget what the hell it was called. Horn switch/buttom didn't work. I found it in the Help section, now it's bugging me on the techical name!

im cheap but I have phantom wipers and the ignition needs to be replaced, and the multi function switch looks like poo. and heres another case of while im here :squint:
