Red Button on Dash?

I have a 1992 Typhoon and there is a red/orange LED type button on the upper left of the dashboard. I haven't seen this button in any manual or photo. It's not doing anything, doesn't light up, and I can't figure out what it might be. Any help would be appreciated!

Take a picture. Alarm, immobiliser, webcam, fake alarm LED, boost warning LED, could be loads of things. Need pics.

Thanks for your replies! I got a photo of the button this AM, but I'm a new member and I'm not sure how to post it. I did a search and found info about photobucket but it also seems that the new format may have made that step unnecessary. If I use the "insert image" button and the url location of the photo on my computer, will it be uploaded to the forum? Once again, I appreciate your help.

Yes, you can upload it directly. No need to go through a photo hosting web site.

Well, hum, I must be missing something. I tried the insert button with my local URL and I tried pasting the photo into the reply. No luck so far...

The picture is on your computer hard drive. You need to upload it to this site or another another photo hosting site.

Go to this screen and find the file on your computer, then hit upload. The pic will show up in your post if you did it correctly.
