real USPS shipping scales

Ok, so as you can see I have acquired a bunch of shipping scales. They have all been tested and power up and weigh accurately. In fact out of the 23 scales I tested, 1 of them was a tenth of an ounce more than the others.

I figured I would let my SyTy friends get first crack at these suckers for a couple days, then I would go and post up on other message boards I frequent and whatever is left will hit eBay, so if you want something, call dibs now.

They measure in pounds and ounces, down to the tenth of an ounce.

A couple appear to be barely used and a couple have some really worn buttons, but they all work! Basically what is going to happen in terms of sales and conditions, is first come first serve. Whoever wants a particular scale first will get the nicest one of that model, whoever is second will get the next nicest one, ect ect. The Neopost SE57IJ has a crack on the readout display, but the LCD is fully functional.

I'm also missing 1 9V power supply and 1 15V power supply, but since they are interchangeable I cant really say what ones will be missing them.

There is one oddball scale in the group, the Detecto model, which is also missing a 12V power supply, but is supposedly a really good scale. I have a separate picture of that one if youre interested.

Some of them have the postal code chips in them, but you just have to hit enter and it still displays the weight. The only thing it effects is the postage cost since those models are self calculating.

Re: real USPS shipping scales

I have sales pending on 3 of the ASCOM/HASLER AH30 Smart Scale 30lb and I only have 3 power supplies for the 5 smart scales, so consider those off the market.

I also tested the Detecto MS-8 and it wouldnt power up, so consider that one off the market as well unless I can fix it.
