The short answer is yes.

Is it a AM/FM cassette ? I'd be interested in it to put in my '86 blazer if you don't want too much for it. ( if the radio works)

Definitely don't throw it out! I would think that there would be someone here that would be willing to give you a few $$ for it...Maybe me!

Hey guys,

I will get pics of the radio tonight. It is the original cassette model and worked when I took it out of my syclone years ago to swap in a modern head unit.

I have since sold the truck.
