pulsating fuel rail

Hey guys my ty has a pulsating fuel rail. Does any one know what this problem might be? Walbro 340 Fuel pump installed two weeks ago with new filter. today new adj fuel regulator went on because yesterday i put one on also and it leaked but it still pulsated with that one too.Could it have bad injectors? help me out guys i,m getting a little frustrated with this truck. thanks guys

what exactly do you mean by pulsating.

Do you just hear ticking? if so, thats completely normal.

Is your rail jumping up and down? What does your FP gauge say? How does your truck run?
